Appointment & Cancellation POLICIES:
Initial evaluations are very important. To help us provide the best treatment possible, please arrive on time and complete onpatient forms at least two days prior to your first appointment. If you can't keep your appointment, contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a better time that works for you.
CHECK-IN:
Feel free to use the front door and have a seat in the comfortable waiting room. There is no receptionist or light, but we do keep track of appointment times and will check the waiting room for you.
CONCERNS:
Feel free to contact us via phone or email if you have any concerns related to your health or treatment. We will respond within 24-48 hours, and during business hours. In the case of an emergency, please call 911 or go to your local emergency room. This, along with crisis numbers, are listed on the Resource page.
