Cancelation Policy
We require 24 business hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please understand that your time slot is time we have reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or do not show up to your appointment, there will be a cancellation fee. If you need to cancel, please call us at 858.209.9871 at least 24 business hours before your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Super Bill
We can provide you with a Superbill at the end of your appointment that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The amount you pay will initially go towards your deductible. After your deductible is met, you will be reimbursed for at least a majority of your appointment cost. If you have questions, please contact us.
It is highly recommended that you contact your insurance company to find out how to submit a superbill for reimbursement, as procedures may differ between insurance companies.
